If you're not satisfied with FollicleFX for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact us and we'll process your refund—no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
✓ Eligible for Full Refund
- Requests made within 30 days of purchase date
- All license types (Personal, Studio, Founder)
- First-time purchases
- Technical issues that prevent software use (if unresolved)
- Product doesn't meet your expectations
⚠️ Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Repeat refund requests (purchasing and refunding multiple times)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent purchase claims
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:
Contact Support
Send an email to support@folliclefx.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Provide Purchase Details
Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and (optionally) a brief reason for the refund so we can improve.
Receive Confirmation
We'll confirm your refund request within 1-2 business days and begin processing.
Refund Processed
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You will no longer have access to software updates
- You should uninstall the FollicleFX addon from Blender
- Any work you've created using the addon remains yours
You're welcome to purchase again in the future if your circumstances change.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have a subscription license:
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only
Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after 30 days but before the end of your subscription period, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Contact support to discuss your situation.
Technical Issues
Before requesting a refund due to technical issues, we encourage you to:
- Check our documentation for troubleshooting guides
- Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements
- Contact our support team for assistance
Our support team is happy to help resolve any issues. Often, technical problems can be fixed quickly with a simple solution. However, if we cannot resolve your issue, you're absolutely entitled to a full refund.
Chargebacks
We kindly request that you contact us for a refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks:
- Take longer to process than direct refunds
- May result in your account being suspended
- Incur fees that affect small businesses like ours
